why Thermal Imaging is used during Home Inspections

A Framework Thermal Imaging Inspection adds a much more in-depth look into certain active conditions found during a routine home inspection.  Thermal imaging can help identify active moisture intrusion, insulation issues, critical HVAC conditions and potentially dangerous electrical issues.  Thermal imaging inspections are extremely helpful in finding  active issues only.  Thermal imaging cannot see through walls but only measures temperature differentials within building materials.  Active leaks, insulation issues and HVAC performance can only located if there is a current high differential in portions of building material, immediate surroundings or mechanical equipment along with exterior component temperature.
